| MEXICO CITY, April 24 (Reuters) – A strain of flu never seen before has killed as many as 61 people in Mexico and has spread into the United States, where eight people have been infected but recovered, health officials said on friday.
Mexico’s government said at least 16 people have died of the disease in central Mexico and that it may also have been responsible for 45 other deaths. The World Health Organization said tests showed the virus in 12 of the Mexican patients had the same genetic |

It’s called an informant plant. The Odessa narcotics unit illegally compelled an informant to plant drugs on Yolanda Madden. The informant testified in federal court he planted the drugs on her and he passed a polygraph confirming the same. Yolanda also passed a polygraph along with a hair follicle and urine test. Our broken criminal justice system ignored the evidence and railroaded her through court sentencing her to 8 years in prison.

The accused will not be arrested, and do not need to appear in person at the arraignment. In the latest bizarre twist in the case, Judge Manuel Banales ordered Texas Rangers to go look for the prosecutor, Willacy County District Attorney Juan Guerra, when he did not show up in court Wednesday. Judge Banales asked the Texas Rangers to check on the prosecutor’s well-being at his home.

The killings include six people lined up and shot against a wall with a written warning promising a similar fate to all ‘rats’, and five others shot dead in a house where a ganglord’s corpse was found in a freezer.
